MeTRH CCC aims to provide high-quality, sustainable, and holistic HIV care and treatment services that are readily available and accessible to clients at MeTRH

We also work to reduce AIDS-associated mortality by expanding the capacity of MeTRH to manage the advanced and complex presentation of HIV infection, including second-line and third-line ART failure, HIV /MDR and XDR TB co-infection, complicated drug-drug interactions, and severe adverse drug interactions in PLHIV and severe systemic infectious and non-communicable co-morbidities.

To achieve this goal, CCC services are available not only in the outpatient but also in the inpatient and transit patients. This allows for continuity of care for the clients. Transit patients are those seeking other services within the facility e.g, cancer care, but on follow-up for HIV care elsewhere.

The hospital boasts of a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. HIV/AIDS care services are integrated with the rest of the hospital. Clients can access different specialist reviews available through the intra-departmental referral system
