ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The Governance and management structure of the hospital is vested in the county department of health, hospital management board, Chief Executive Officer/Director, the hospital management team, divisional heads and departmental heads. In this regard, the institution has a hospital management board appointed by the CEC in line with the provisions of the Meru County Health Act. The Director is the secretary to the board and is in charge of day to day running of the hospital.
